Empower Montessori schools and programs worldwide to enhance their capacity for developmental and successful inclusion of children with diverse needs.

Our Approach: Inclusive Montessori education that is developmental, diagnostic, and therapeutic—encompassing whole-school environments including classrooms, hallways, and playgrounds.

Catherine Nehring Massie

Catherine Nehring Massie

Co-founder
Background in special education and Montessori education. Currently completing Montessori therapy training (first English-speaking cohort in Munich, 2025). Extensive experience as director and consultant.

Barbara Luborsky

Barbara Luborsky, OTR/L

Co-founder
Pediatric occupational therapist with 25+ years in developmental practice. Deep experience with Montessori inclusion, consultancy, and advocacy.

Supported by an international advisory board featuring Montessori therapists, pediatricians, educators, disability advocates, and psychologists from the U.S., Canada, Germany, Australia, and beyond.
