About the Role

AMIGA Montessori is seeking an experienced and passionate Childcare Centre Manager to lead our Armstrong Creek service.

As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, guide and develop a dedicated team of educators, build strong partnerships with families and ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Centre Manager or a highly capable 2IC or Assistant Centre Manager who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, Montessori-inspired education and care
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and the Armstrong Creek community
• Oversee compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations, Child Safe Standards and the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan
• Manage enrolments, occupancy, centre tours, family enquiries and the overall presentation of the service
• Plan staffing, rosters and wages in line with educator-to-child ratios and wage-to-revenue percentage targets

About You To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent
• Have proven Centre Manager experience or significant experience as a 2IC or Assistant Centre Manager
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and Child Safe Standards
• Be confident managing staffing, rosters, wages, occupancy, compliance and competing operational priorities
• Hold a current Working with Children Check and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
