The Opportunity: Are you an experienced, motivated, and passionate Diverse Learning Assistant with a passion for Montessori philosophy? If so, you may be the person we are looking for!

We are seeking a full-time Diverse Learning Assistant, who will work one-on-one with a child, nurturing their curiosity and supporting their development in a Montessori environment. Please be aware that this position is contingent upon ongoing funding for a specific student enrolled at our school. If the student’s enrolment or the funding program ends, the position may be terminated accordingly. To commence immediately.

Ideal Candidate:

· Passionate about education and Montessori philosophy.

· Support children and their families with effective communication.

· Build respectful and trusting relationships with children.

· Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals.

· Use diverse teaching techniques to achieve high educational standards.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Criteria:

· Recognised Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification.

· 6–12 Montessori certificate or diploma (advantageous).

· Experience in a primary school setting.

· Ability to obtain a WWCC.

· Relevant First Aid Certificate and Child Protection training.
