Discovery Bay Early Learning and Kindergarten is now offering a special Educational and Pedagogical Leader position to lead a team of enthusiastic educators, just as exceptional as you are. Positions are available at our Balwyn Campus, where you will lead and mentor the team in delivering a high-quality Montessori-STEM early years educational program. The position is only available for Full-time.

Discovery Bay offers early education and care to children between the ages of 6months – 6yrs. The inquiry-based program offered incorporates principles from STEM, EYLF and Montessori as a learning philosophy.

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma Qualified or VIT registered Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or equivalent.
• A diploma in Montessori Teaching and/or previous experience working in a Montessori environment would be an advantage.
• Current CPR & First Aid, including emergency Asthma & Anaphylaxis management
• Valid Working with Children Check
• VIT registration
• Valid police clearance
• A clear understanding of the National Quality Standards, National Law, and Regulations, and 11 child safe standards
• Mandatory reporting certificate
