Key Requirements & Qualifications
Language Proficiency
Native-level English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Education & Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching certification: PGCE, QTS, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent state/national licensure
Experience
1–3 years of relevant primary teaching experience, ideally within Asia or international school environments.
Pedagogical Expertise
- Strong and effective classroom management skills
- Deep understanding of diverse learning styles and differentiated instruction
Character & Compliance
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a diverse, multicultural staff community
- High flexibility, resilience, and cultural sensitivity
- Patient, empathetic, student-centered approach
- Clean criminal background record (clear background check required)
