Susan Chahwan is a dedicated Montessori educator, trainer, and leader with more than three decades of experience in early childhood education. She is the founder and Approved Provider of Montessori Works Early Learning Centres in Sydney, where she has championed authentic Montessori practice and high-quality education for children from birth to six years.
Susan holds a Master of Education (Learning and Leadership) and is an Australian Montessori Training Institute (AMTI) trainer, mentoring educators across Australia and Asia to deepen their understanding of Montessori philosophy and pedagogy. Her professional interests include leadership, educator development, neuroscience, executive functioning, and the role of Practical Life in fostering independence, self-regulation, and wellbeing in young children.
